In September of 1966, on the Naval Base in Naples Italy, Roger Gauthier made news in all the local newspapers as they announced his birth. Since then he has created positive and inspiring news every where he has gone. But it was not easy and at times others thought he was just plan nuts or a hyper active person who was just a dreamer. (TVG) a Holistic Business Optimization, company that specializes in optimizing key components of life and business for maximum results. TVG was founded as a result of a personal crisis, what he saw happening in our society, and watching those close to him suffer personal tragedy. He has invested over 19 years in the personal improvement, peak performance industry. He then transferred those skills and began assisting startups where he was instrumental in developing their sales & marketing materials, communications and training systems. Roger's studies included a double major in Physics & Aerospace engineering at the University Of Colorado, Sports Medicine & Exercise Physiology at Chapman University, and Business Administration & New Venture Start Up's at Cal State Hayward.
