ABOUT STEP OFF MINISTRY In 1998, God gave us a vision to reach Korean gangsters for Christ; prayers were given and plans made. Step Off had its opening service two months later. From the beginning, God’s plans have been bigger than any of our resources or abilities. He has literally given us a heart to reach gangsters in every city across America. We are talking about hundreds of thousands of souls. The enormity and specificity of the task demand that we throw tradition and caution to the wind and lean totally on God to fulfill this vision. We will use any legitimate means to bring someone to our church so that they can hear the Gospel; this includes motorsports, music, video games, break-dancing and pool. Already, God has blessed our faithfulness to His vision. We have the opportunity to see gangsters come to Christ on a weekly basis. Young people, who had been incarcerated, used and dealt drugs and terrorized others are being touched by God’s grace through this ministry.
