OEUR SAWIN has obtained a Bachelor Degree of Arts in majoring in English Communication. He educated at the faculty of Arts, Humanities and Foreign Languages and from Norton University from 2001 to 2004 and officially recognized, approved and signed by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport in April 2005. He had spent for twelve years at public schools before he spent 4 years at university after he successfully passed the General Education (Bacc II). Now he lives and works in Phnom Penh. He got married a Phnom Penh girl in December 2007 and recently having a son in more than 3 ages. There are five members in his family at his hometown (KC) but now they live in different locations for working, settling new residences, doing businesses and studying at university. In Phnom Penh, there are five members in his wife’s house such Sem Son (Father-in-law), Ny (Mother-in-law), Sem Kalyan (wife), Sem Chakriya (youngest sister-in-law) and him. At the present time, Sawin lives with his wife near Olympic basin in the west part in street 274 (Sihanouk Blvd). He has left his hometown for the city since 14th March 1999 in order to work, study, and settle permanent residence in Phnom Penh.
