In the past, Hell City has had such featured acts as Rubberboy, The Torture King, The Cut Throat Freakshow, Elemotion Fire Arts, Derby Dames girl boxing, midget wrestling and so much more. The Hell City Tattoo Fest is a family friendly environment, encouraging everyone to come and take a peek inside the world of tattoos.
