V. Woods launched My Salon Scoop because it reflects her passion to help women of color get the most of the literally thousands of dollars they spend each and every year on salon services and hair products. Veronica has worked for several Fortune 500 companies in Finance and Product Management. She is a graduate of Northwestern University with a BA in Economics and The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania with an MBA in Finance. She also is active in the community as a member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. and a board member of Harlem United Community AIDS Center and the Seven Roses Legacy Foundation.
