After losing 77 pounds, I enjoy trying to help inspire and motivate others to change their lives. I love zumba, and running. I have done numerous 5k's, placed 2nd in my division in a 10k, I have raced a half-marathon and I plan to run a 15k in the next week and another half a few weeks following! Love yourself enough to change! You want it? Go get it and rock it out while you do!
