Growing up in Chicago D3RKIN was influenced by 102.7 WBMX a local radio station that hosted mixes by the legendary Hot Mix 5. From that point on house music was embedded on his soul. In the 90's D3RKIN started attending parties in the underground rave scene. Blown away by the whole experience he decided to follow his passion and became a DJ. It wasn't long after D3RKIN started playing at large scale events and opening for music industry heavy hitters like Roy Davis Jr., Johnny Fiasco, Mark Farina, and Miles Maeda to name a few. It is now more than a decade later and D3RKIN can still be seen at the hottest clubs and events playing soulful to driving house music. Which shows his longevity and that he is here to stay....
