Bishop Francis E. Revels-Bey is the founder, chief principal teacher & host of the CIRCLE OF GRACE 1 which was founded on July 2nd, 1999 AD under the aegis & anointing of The Angel of Grace through Divine Providence. Bishop Francis E.Revels-Bey, had his first vision at age 8 of the college that he would attend. He began his spiritual & metaphysical studies while an art major at Bard College from 1970 - 1974 and attained his B.A. in Fine Arts in 1974 (this was the college in his vision). He began to pursue everything from tai chi, meditation, zen, world religions, philosophy while at Bard. He became a practitioner and pricnipal teacher of Numerology, Tarot, Dreams, Handwriting Analysis while still pursuing his interests in Tai Chi & Meditation well after graduation. He once was a member of the Moorish Science Temple of America from 1977 - 1988, where he received his Moorish title "Bey". He became a certified metaphysician in 1987, as well as, ULC minister in 1989 under ULC minister Rev. Maria D'Andrea Solomon of Long Island, NY Later he was granted Healing Minister in 2003 & Bishop in 2009 from ULC Headquarters of Modesto, California. Bishop Francis is a consummate spiritual consultant and has been called a master numerologist. He has made numerous guest appearances (24) on radio from 1982 - 1989 with longtime numerology colleague - Lloyd Strayhorn; was on Hot 98.7 Kiss-FM's Wake Up Club as a Guest Numerologist from September 2006 thru November 2006. Bishop Francis has done well over 20,000 numerology charts & forecasts to date.
