My verification code does not work

Please note that you must use your verification code within 24 hours. Verification codes are case sensitive and hitting Enter more than once to submit your code will disrupt the process. If you need further assistance, please email support@ustream.tv with the subject line VERIFICATION CODE HELP and include your username and email address so we can assist you.

How do I change my username?

Why was I banned?

If you are banned from Ustream, it is because you violated our Terms of Service. If you were banned in a chat room, you were banned by either the broadcaster, moderator, or a Ustream bot. Broadcasters and moderators may ban users in their chat room at their own discretion. You will need to contact the broadcaster or moderator to lift a chartroom ban.

How do I appeal my stream ban?

If you would like to appeal a Ustream-enforced ban, please email your username, channel url or video url, and date and time of ban to contentmonitoring@ustream.tv. We will review your case, but cannot guarantee a response.
