No one has any permission to use my footage without my explicit consent and permission. All footage is copyrighted and this is covered under the Ustream Terms of Service.

Absolutely none of the footage shot by me, or anything captured during the stream (audio, still frames of video, etc) can be used without prior and explicit permission from me, especially for commercial media outlets.

This includes but is not limited to: still frames of my videos ["screenshots" or "screengrabs"], audio captured during any of my videos, etc.

Anyone caught using my footage for commercial reasons will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law unless there is prior and documented consent by me.

I am very open to sharing footage or audio, provided interested agencies contact me and are respectful of the fact that this footage does not come free (in the monetary, legal or "authorized" sense) and request permission from me prior to the fact.

**** Again, please note that I am very willing to share my content in most situations and would encourage any and all interested parties to contact me if they are interested in using my footage.

Many news agencies have contacted me in a respectful and professional manner in the past and I can provide evidence of such to skeptical parties. Please do keep in mind that while these events are going on, I am confined to the "streaming" app and therefore cannot receive emails during the stream, though I do my best to check directly afterwards.
