ツバメがわが家のガレージで繁殖活動を始めました。
自然界のことですから、
この先、卵がふ化しなかったり、ひながうまく成長しなかったり、巣から落ちてしまったり、
様々なアクシデントが起こる可能性があります。
そのアクシデントに対し、私は基本的には自然の成り行きに任せます。
その点だけをくれぐれもご理解いただき、ご覧いただければと思います。
どうぞよろしくお願いします。
昼間は普通のカメラ、夜は赤外線カメラを使って中継しています。
I'm broadcasting with a normal cam in daytime and with an infrared cam at night.
名前はハヤチュンです。
We named swallows HAYA-CHUN.
HAYA means fast, swallows cry CHUN-CHUN in Japan.
2013/3/21 今年もツバメが戻ってきてくれました。でも、定住には至らず。
2013/4/12 新たにつがいが古巣をチェックしているのを確認。
2013/4/20 泥や小枝を運び、巣を修復し始めました。
Swallows started repairing the old nest.
2013/5/8から5/12にかけて産卵し、温め始めました。
1st egg was laid on May 8th,
2nd on 9th, 3rd on 10th, 4th on 11th,
Female laid 5th egg on 12th and started sitting on eggs.
ふ化まで２週間。ふ化予定日は5/26です。
Hatch is expected on May 26th.
5/26午後に３つの卵がふ化しました。
3 eggs hatched in the afternoon on May 26th.
5/27 残り２つの卵も無事にふ化しました。
2 more eggs hatched on May 27th.
無事に成長すれば、巣立ち予定日は6/17です。
Fledge is expected on June 17th.
6/16 朝9:51に、一羽が巣立ちました。
One chick fledged at 9:51am on June 16th.
6/17 朝5:28に二羽、続いて6:56、7:00と飛び立ち、5羽すべてのヒナが巣立ちました。
All the chicks fledged early in the morning on June 17th.

Swallows came back again on Apr 2nd.
We named them Chun-Chun.
1st egg was laid on Apr 21st,
2nd on 22nd, 3rd on 23rd, 4th on 24th.
Female laid 5th egg and started to sit on eggs on 25th.
ふ化まで2週間、ふ化予定日は5/8です。
Hatch is expected on May 8th.
5/9 早朝から夕方にかけて４つの卵がふ化しました。
4 eggs have hatched on May 9th.
5/10 ひとつ残っていた卵もふ化したようですが、しっかりと確認はとれていません。
I am not sure that the last egg has hatched.
5/14 ヒナが５羽いることを確認できました。
I have checked that all the eggs had hatched.
5/24 未明に１羽巣から落ちてしまったようで、そのまま行方不明になってしまいました。
5/30 朝5:13に一羽、巣立ちました。
One chick fledged at 5:13 am on May 30th.
5/31 朝10:15に最後の一羽が飛び立ち、ヒナはすべて無事に巣立ちました。
All the chicks fledged on May 31st.

今年２回目の繁殖活動。今度のカップルの名前は〝ヒュンヒュン〟です。
6/19 つがいでカメラケーブルに止まって一夜を過ごしました。
6/24 ついに今朝、壁に泥をつけ始めました。巣作り開始です。
At last swallows started making a new nest this morning!
7/6から産卵が始まりました。合計４つ産卵。
1st egg was laid on July 6th,
2nd on 7th, 3rd on 8th, 4th on 9th.
7/9から抱卵を始めました。
ふ化まで約２週間なので、ふ化予定日は7/24です。
Hatch is expected on July 24th.
7/23 3:20am頃、5:30am、3:55pm頃に卵がふ化しました。まだ一つ残っています。
3 eggs hatched on July 23rd.
7/24 6:36am 最後の卵がふ化しました。
4th egg hatched at 6:36am on July 24th.
8/5 1羽、巣から落ちてしまいました。
One chick fell out the nest.
8/14 6:44amに1羽、10:19amに2羽巣立ちました。
3 chicks hatched in the morning.
