On November 28, WikiLeaks will launch a new-generation submission system that will include a public interface and other mechanisms. Right now it is not possible to trust any regular https connection on the Internet, because intelligence agencies have infiltrated a number of certificate authorities (authorities which sign cryptographic keys used for secure Internet communications). On November 28th, Wikileaks will release a system that is an alternative to the common system, and is independent of all certificate authorities.
