Citizens, homeowners, Mayor Jeff and Town Council members laid out their thoughts, concerns, suggestions, hopes and fears about the proposed west End berm, This berm was to be erected on the South side of Bienville Blvd and would cause flooding of several streets which do not flood during minor storm events. FEMA refused to attend the meeting to answer taxpayer questions or to meet with town officials directly to answer questions.
