    yoshinobuhirata: 　保安院の回答は歯切れが悪い。佐賀県の質問に対して正面から答えていない。１００歩譲って、今回の福島第１原発の事故が想定外だったにしても、保安院の危機管理体制に疑問を感じる。 　ネット中継された説明会。公の場での会見と同じだと言う事を保安院は自覚をして欲しい。これでは佐賀県民は納得しない。 今回の佐賀県の姿勢は評価できる。
