    I started feeling a litle nasous mid way through the workout, so I took some extra breaks. My left shoulder felt good. My biceps were surprizingly sore fro the Shoulders & Arms and Kenpo X workouts last week. I took it east on my lower back today. Still, I upped my weights and reps on many exercises.
