Q: I've already purchased a ticket but I see a notice that says I must purchase a ticket to continue watching.
A: First, make sure you are logged in. If you still can't watch, click your username at the top of the page, then click "Purchased Content" on the left-hand side of the page. A: No. after you click "Buy Ticket", click the "buy as a guest" option on the window with "PayPal" in the upper right hand corner
