Jan 31, 3009.Chris has more than 23 years of experience in large transportation operations and planning projects. Many of these findings have been published in reports and for conference materials. He also serves in the City of Hayward Planning Commission for the past eight years (as Chair person in 2006) and is a question writer for the traffic-engineering portion of the professional engineer’s exam for the Professional Engineers Board. He is a registered Traffic Engineer and is certified by the American Institute of Certified Planners. He holds an M.S. in Transportation/ Infrastructure Planning and Management from Stanford University, and a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
