The Ustream Livepack is a complete portable video broadcast encoding and streaming solution in a backpack. Ustream's Livepack is a custom computer that operates over several mobile phone carrier networks. The pack has 6 data modems load-balanced over 3 networks (ATT, Verizon & Sprint). It's capable of transmitting live video of up to 1Mbps for up to 6 hours when fully loaded. Ustream Livepack is perfect for any situation where there is no feasible Internet connection such as sporting events, man-on-the street interviews, live music concerts, red carpet events or mobile productions.
