New Integrated Question & Answer (Q&A) function: Add more interactivity and engagement to your live video session on Ustream Align with integrated text Q&A.

What is the new Q&A feature for Ustream Align?

The new Q&A function enables viewers of a live streaming video broadcast on your Ustream Align channels to ask text questions of the presenter or moderators. Presenters and moderators can then answer these questions during the session via text response within the Q&A panel or respond verbally.  Both presenters and viewers can see the questions in the dedicated Q&A module displayed to the right of the Video Stream window. Anyone on the session can filter the questions displayed in the Q&A module using 4 criteria:

  • Display all questions asked by anyone during the session
  • Display questions that only they have asked
  • Display all unanswered questions
  • Display all answered questions.

In addition, moderators can delete questions from the Q&A panel. There is no limit to the number of questions that viewers can enter.
