Q: I've already purchased a ticket but I see a notice that says I must purchase a ticket to continue watching.
A: First, make sure you are logged in. If you still can't watch, click your username at the top of the page, then click "Purchased Content" on the left-hand side of the page. You should see a ticket code listed under the event or subscription you purchased. Copy the code, return to the event page, click "Redeem Ticket" in the Viewer, and paste in the code.
Q: Can I watch a Video-On-Demand (VOD) of the game I purchased?
A: Yes, VOD's will be available for all games, but it may take up to 2 hours after a game ends for the video to be posted. These VOD's are viewable on both PC and mobile devices; when using a mobile device, however, please ensure you've enabled "desktop" mode when logging in.
Q: I see a spinning white wheel inside the Ustream player
A: Try re-loading the page. If you see a spinning white wheel, please be patient and give the video more time to load. Each time you refresh the page, the video will have to load again.
Q: I'm getting a notice that says the event is not available in my geographic region.
A: The event is only available in Canada and the USA. If you are in this region, please reload the page and try again.
Q: Will it cause any problems if I reload the page?
A: No, you can reload the page as many times as you want. As long as you have purchased a ticket and are logged in to your Ustream account, you should be able to view the event.
Q: I can watch the broadcast, but the stream seems choppy. What can I do?
A: Make sure that you don't have any other browser tabs or windows open, and try not to have any other applications running on your computer.
