We accomplish this powerful vision through the implementation of small (cell) group ministry.

We believe that cells are essential to the life of World Outreach Center; they are not just one program of our church. Rather, the fundamental means by which 'church' happens.

Cells are our way of nurturing, training and mobilizing the members of Christ's body. For this reason, they are the principal component of World Outreach Center.

OUR MOTTO: "Church beyond the Ordinary" - Our endeavor is to reach the "un-churched" of our city and surrounding areas, with the uncompromised message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and to provide a beyond ordinary church experience for the believer.
