Regarding the Majora's Mask 3-Day-All-Masks run:

It is impossible to collect all 24 masks in a single 3-day cycle. This is due to the fact that getting the Blast Mask is required to purchase the All-Night Mask, but also makes it impossible to finish the Kafei/Anju quest.

I have opted to use a cheat to have two masks from the start.

However, during the course of the run, I will still meet the requirements to obtain the masks. As in, I will show up in North Clock Town as Sakon robs the Bomb Shop lady, and I will get the Giant's Wallet with 500 rupees and talk to the Curiosity Shop owner as if I were buying the All-Night Mask. This will allow me to finish the Kafei/Anju sidequest while also doing the required steps to obtain the other two masks.
