Susan Carlin is a full-time, professional painter in San Antonio, Texas. She has been painting commissioned portraits for over thirty years, and teaches workshops in portraiture, to both pastel and oil painters. She owns Susan Carlin Art Studio And Gallery in La Villita, the historic arts district of San Antonio next to the Riverwalk.

During her broadcasts, which she does from her home studio, Susan answers questions from her viewers and enjoys the company of those who participate in the chat. The broadcast schedule is adjusted to accommodate the changing opportunities in her life, but currently she’s most often “live” on Wednesdays at 6 p.m. Central time. The previous recordings can be viewed anytime by double-clicking on the video icons below the main show screen.

Susan often posts her reference photo images on her blog during her broadcast, so you can view them while watching her paint.
