The Bridge Bash & River Run is held from 10 am to 8 pm on Saturday, October 27th, and includes a fireworks display over the Elizabeth River at 7:30 pm. Drivers may take a “Free Sunday Drive” from Noon to 6 pm on Sunday, October 28th, and the South Norfolk Jordan Bridge officially opens to traffic at 6 am on Monday, October 29, 2012.
