SAY IT is a specific format of an exhibition space and informative panel . This idea arose in response to the current pulsing situation in Ukraine.
SAY IT is a series of events. Each of them includes an exhibition of contemporary art and discussion on current issues in emerging societies in their development processes. Each time the current problems of one single country are being picked out as a central theme. Art dealing with different aestetic or/and social topics is presented at SAY IT. Discussions outline specific issues of the regions at the same time. People from different areas are being invited to participate in discussing the situations that concern them. Both parts of this format, the exhibition space and discussions, exist in parallel and keep their independent statements. This combination expands the idea of art as well as describes a social picture deeper. SAY IT promotes and supports the right and the possibility to speak and to express yourself as well as to receive the actual information as much as possible in order to be able to take responsibility for reality. SAY IT is a specific format of an exhibition space and informative panel initiated by Anna Khodorkovskaya and Anastasiya Yarovenko in cooperation with Hans Knoll. This idea arose in response to the current pulsing situation in Ukraine.
