De strijd om de Bloedbokaal barst weer los: wie wordt de beste grunter van Nederland? Het word allemaal bepaald tijdens de 5de editie van het NK Grunten 2010!
Tijdens twee rondes tonen de grunters hun kunsten: a capella in de eerste ronde en onder begeleiding van de band Obsidian in de tweede ronde. De grunters mogen kiezen uit 5 vooraf vastgestelde nummers, waaronder “Beat It” van Michael Jackson.
De grunters strijden om mooie prijzen, zoals studiotijd in de Excess Studio’s te Rotterdam en natuurlijk de felbegeerde Bloedbokaal, speciaal voor het NK Grunten geleverd door medaillehuis Oudshoorn.
Met de bands Obsidian, In-Quest en Acrid.

The battle for the Blood Cup is here again: Who is the best grunter of the Netherlands? It will all be determined during the fifth edition of the 2010 Dutch Championship grunting!
During two rounds the grunters have to demonstrate their skills: a cappella in the first round and accompanied by the band Obsidian in the second round. The grunter may choose from five pre-defined tracks, including "Beat It" by Michael Jackson.
The grunters compete for great prizes like studio time at the Excess Studios in Rotterdam and of course the coveted Blood Cup, especially made for this championship by medalhouse Oudshoorn.
With live performances of Obsidian, In-Quest and Acrid.
