Claire Thompson has been studying and practicing meditation since 2006, and has completed the 18 foundational and 18 advanced courses in Tibetan Buddhism offered by Asian Classics Institute (www.acidharma.org). She has received training in the Classics of Yoga and teaches yoga asana at the Mahasukha Center in LA. She has completed solitary silent meditation retreats ranging from 1 day to 1 month.
