      Leon Thomas III is a native New Yorker who currently lives in Los Angeles, California. A triple threat, he plays five instruments and is signed to Nickelodeon/Columbia Records. He can be seen in the Nickelodeon hit show VICTORIOUS, as the musically gifted André Harris.

      At age 10 he made his Broadway debut in 2003 as Young Simba in the Broadway production of THE LION KING. In 2004, he appeared as Jackie Thibodeaux in the original Broadway cast of Tony Kushner’s, CAROLINE OR CHANGE. He toured with the company during its five-month run in Los Angeles and San Francisco. LEON THOMAS III also performed in the original cast of the Broadway musical THE COLOR PURPLE, 2005.

      In 2007, he appeared alongside Robin Williams and Terrence Howard in the Warner Brothers film, AUGUST RUSH, as Arthur, performing the song “La Bamba” on the movie soundtrack.

      He was the singing voice of Tyrone in NICK JR show, “The Backyardigans” (2004). Thomas has also guest-starred on “Jack’s Big Music Show” (2005) and “Just Jordan” (2007). He also appeared as Harper in the “iCarly” (2007) episode “iCarly Saves TV” and was featured on Nickelodeon’s,”Naked Brothers Band” (2007) Christmas special. A young songwriter, Leon Thomas III co-wrote ”SONG 2 YOU”, “365″ and “COUNTDOWN”, all three songs were featured on VICTORIOUS and can be found on iTunes.
