Rev. Phillip Jackson is a native of Miami, Florida and he is the 13th child of 15 siblings. An Itinerant Elder in the 2nd Episcopal District of the African Methodist Episcopal Church. He currently serves as the Pastor of Life Change AME Church located in Columbia, Maryland, under the leadership of presiding prelate Bishop Dr. William P. DeVeaux and Episcopal Supervisor Dr. Patricia Ann Morris DeVeaux.
Rev. Jackson is the Program Director of faith-based organization called Reintegrated Alternative Personal Program (R.A.P.P.), located in the South East corridor of Washington D.C. RAPP is a reentry organization designed to aide and assist inmates currently housed in D.C. jail and returning citizens for correctional facilities across the United States back into society as productive law-abiding citizens. Rev. Jackson is married to Rev. Karen D. Jackson, Assistant Pastor and they have three children Keith, Phillip II, and Destinee Nicole Jackson. They are the proud grandparents of two grandsons Phillip III and Zaire Jackson.
