It has been almost a year since the East Japan Earthquake. Japan is still on the road to post-disaster reconstruction. This past year has been an extremely hard time for victims of the catastrophic earthquake.
Many of the people are still forced to live in restricted situations. Yet at the same time, it has been a time to be realized that they are not alone in the world.
On February 5, five hundred children from disaster- hit areas in Ishinomaki, Onagawa and Higashi-Matsushima attend at “ARIGATO” LIVE to express their gratitude by the thoughtful music and chorus to all the people who have been making great efforts to support reconstruction.
The children will hold up message boards, which written “Thank you (ARIGATO in Japanese)” in 58 different languages.
This concert will be delivered around the world via online live streaming.
We hope these “ARIGATO” messages reach many people and become an opportunity to make “Bonds (KIZUNA in Japanese)” between the children and people around the world.
Thank you again for the wonderful support of so many people from around the world.
We hope you to enjoy this concert together.
