In January, the NYCDOE’s iZone launched the first-ever district-sponsored software challenge. Our goal was to find great apps to help teachers close the middle school math gap. We hoped for 40-50 submissions, and were delighted when developers responded with nearly 200 entries. Panels made up of educators, VCs, and technology experts spent weeks evaluating the apps, and now it's time to show off the winners.
Please join us on Wednesday, May 29th at 7pm to see the nine winning solutions of the Gap App Challenge, talk with the developers, and socialize with our community of educators, makers, and innovators.
