About Freestyle Frisbee: Freestyle flying disc or freestyle Frisbee is an extension of basic catch and throw where freestylers perform special "tricks" or maneuvers before performing the catch. These frisbee tricks can be simple, like a quick tip to an under the leg catch, or quite complicated. Freestyle frisbee is usually distinguished from other frisbee sports for its use of the nail delay, what people commonly think of as "spinning the disc on your finger." Freestyle frisbee players use the nail delay to set up all kinds of frisbee tricks like rolls, brushes, tips, pulls, and catches, but many of these maneuvers can be introduced into basic catch and throw. Anyone can learn how to freestyle and it can be done anywhere. Freestyle frisbee has expanded all across the world. Learn how to play and help us spread the jam!
