California Zoroastrian Center (CZC) is a religious and cultural nonprofit organization dedicated to study and dissemination of Zarathushtra's teachings. Zarathushtra is also known as Zoroaster ( name given to him by the Greeks ), and Zartosht in Persian.
"Good Thoughts, Good Words, and Good Deeds" is the motto of Zoroastrian religion.
CZC was founded in May, 1980 by a group of enthusiastic volunteers, and with the great vision and donation of Rostam and Morvarid Guiv. Our beautiful temple is located in the city of Westminster California.
Currently this property is used among over 1000 Zoroastrian families to conduct religious ceremonies, national celebration, and cultural gatherings.
"Zoroastrianism is the oldest of the revealed world-religions, and it has probably had more influence on mankind, directly and indirectly, than any other single faith." -Mary Boyce
