How to set yourself up for this study if you're new:
Before you join us:
1. Download your msn live messenger so you can chat to others in our study as well as the leader (usually me).
2. Set up your own live id and email us the email address you want to use for live messenger. (If you have hotmail then no need to register. Others such as gmail, etc must be registered) see the following to register:

4. Send me a quick email to let me know you're joining the study so I can add your email to our group (u only need to do this once).
On The Night Of The Study:
5. Connect to our channel Monday night at 8pm 'christchurchpenrith' to see and hear our live stream: www.ustream.tv/channel/ccac
6. Split the screen so you have ustream to the left half of your screen.
7. Login to your msn messenger. Set it up on the right side of your screen.I'll see that you've logged in and I'll add you to our discussion.
