When you call or email let them know you are calling or emailing to reserve rooms for the CCCAA State Wrestling Championships, December 8 – 10, 2011. Seventy (70) rooms have been blocked off for the State Championships. They have offered us a very good rate of $89 for a room with two queen beds. This is a five star hotel. Regular rates are $199 and up. Cancellations must be made no later than December 5, 2011. The coaches meetings, distribution of brackets, Friday night hospitality hour and departure for the social will be at / from this location. This Hilton is 2 miles from campus. Book your rooms early.

2:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. – Open Gym (Workout)
4:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. – Medical and Groom Check – Haehl Pavilion
4:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. – Executive committee meeting – Haehl Pavilion
8:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. – Coaches’ Banquet at Shone Farm.
Transportation to Shone Farm provided. Bus leaves from the Hilton at 7:30 p.m. and returns about 10:30 p.m.

Weigh-ins: 8:00 a.m. on Friday and 9:00 a.m. on Saturday
All wrestlers will weigh-in in accordance to current NCAA rules.
All doors will be secured at 8:00 a.m. on Friday and 9:00 a.m. on Saturday
Any wrestler not in the room before the start of weigh-ins WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.
Weight Classes: 125, 133, 141, 149, 157, 165, 174, 184, 197, 285.
On the second day of competition wrestlers will receive one (1) pound weight allowance per NCAA rules.
Seeding: See CCCAA Wrestling Championship Handbook 2.2, 2.3, 2.4 (pages 8-10)
Entry fee: $40.00 per student-athlete or $400 for 10 weights.

Awards: Team Awards for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place
Individual Awards for top 8 places in each weight class

$ 12 Students (with student I.D. card), children under 12, and senior citizens 60 +
