What is that little yelling sound you make at the end of activation windows? Why do you yell at the end of the window?
As described below, you can squeeze in vocals. That is my noise that I make to activate overdrive. I activate as late as possible for optimal squeezing.
You keep saying 3 numbers that you are "looking for" or "need". What are those?
Those are squeeze numbers that I know that I need in order to beat the high score on a song. They represent the last 3 digits of the total score at the end of the squeeze that I am referring to.
Why can't I hear you?
For a variety of reason I will generally keep the vocals turned down. First off, the lower the mic sensitivity, the easier it is to hit talking parts. Secondly, if I'm doing score runs I need to feel as comfortable as possible in order to squeeze at a high level and this eliminates any potential effects of "stage fright" that could make my pitch bar waver even the tiniest amount, which can costs hundreds of points. Plus, I tend to get slurry on score runs for optimal scoring and that's no fun to listen to anyways. However, I will occasionally turn the vocals up.
Why do you keep restarting? I didn't see you miss any phrases.
This is probably because I am doing a score run. If I restart it's either because I missed a phrase (most often broken talking parts), missed an activation spot, or I know my squeeze wasn't good enough to make any improvement in my score.

Can you squeeze in vocals?
Yes. This is done by activating overdrive as late as possible, which allows you to get extra points on the final phrase where the overdrive runs out.
What is the Blitzkrieg Bop Glitch?
In Rock Band vocals, each phrase is worth a maximum of 1000 points. You achieve the maximum number of points on a phrase when you fill your pie up. When you have your multiplier maxed out (x4) and overdrive activated (x2), you can get a maximum of 8000 points per phrase. On the final phrase of Blitzkrieg Bop, you can fill up your entire pie with only the first four words (out of 8) in the phrase. It so happens that there is an overdrive path that causes your overdrive to run out right at the end of those 4 words. Now, by the rules of the game, even if you filled up your entire pie before overdrive ran out, the maximum amount of points you should receive is 8000. However, for whatever reason, when you fill the pie up quickly on this phrase, it will glitch and give you way more than 8000 points, sometimes as much as 100,000+. So basically, what this does is that it nullifies the effects of pathing and squeezing among the top vocalists, which is wrong. Therefore, all the top vocalists in the game have agreed to post a maximum score of 138,000 points on Scorehero.com, rather than using the glitch scores. This allows us to have a fair and accurate ranking for the top vocalists.
What is the Automatic Talky Glitch?
There is a second "glitch" in Rock Band vocals called the automatic talky glitch. As far as we can tell, it appears completely at random. When you get it, you can hit any talky part in any song, no matter how broken it is, simply by making any sound during that talking part. This glitch has also caused some more minor scoring problems. For example, the top scores in Sabotage cannot be tied or beaten without this glitch, because the glitch instantly spins the pie to the maximum for word where the overdrive ends, whereas without the glitch the pies spins slowly. Also, certain songs cannot be FC'ed without this glitch, and thus the top scores cannot be beaten on these songs without the glitch. Next To You is the most notorious one.
Can Vasoline & I'm So Sick be gold starred?
No they cannot. The estimated Gold Star cutoff for both songs is 121,680. The best scores obtained on each song are 117,388 on Vasoline and 116,000 on I'm So Sick and these were both obtained on the optimal paths for each song. No pathing or squeezing will make it possible to gold star them; only a patch from Harmonix would make this possible.
