About A Summit on The Economy and Employment:
American families have concerns and questions about our recessed economy, unemployment, and government spending, deficits and debt.
The House Republican Policy Committee, in cooperation with the House Republican Conference, will host a Summit on the Economy and Employment, on Wednesday, September 30th, to address these concerns and questions of hard working Americans.
The summit is co-hosted by Rep. Thaddeus McCotter, Chairman of the Republican House Policy Committee and Rep. Mike Pence, Chairman of the House Republican Conference. The program will be Chaired by Mallory Factor and will feature leading economists including: Art Laffer, Luigi Zingales, Diana Furchtgott-Roth and others.
We invite you to participate with us either in-person or virtually - via video teleconference or the Internet on UStream TV. The panelists will answer questions from the audience as well as from citizens and groups across America.
The Summit on the Economy and Employment will be open to the public and the press.
