Marvin Appel, Ph.D., earned a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from Harvard University. He was trained as an anesthesiologist at Harvard University Medical School and John Hopkins Hospital. Dr. Appel is currently President and CEO of Signalert Asset Management and editor of Systems and Forecasts, a technical oriented stock market newsletter.
