311東日本大震災から丸一年となる週末、東京の真ん中、日比谷公園に、心ある市民がつどい、被害に遭われた方々を追悼し、これからの未来を共有する場をつくります。
３月11日14時46分には特設ステージ前において、ここに集う皆様と共に、犠牲になられた方々に黙祷を捧げます。
さらに、２日間にわたり、市民アピールやトーク＆音楽プログラムなど、ここに集う市民の誰もがそれぞれの在り方と共に参加できる、幅広い交わりの場づくりを目指しています。
