A blank canvas, an artist, a web cam and a variety of materials. These are the ingredients for the planned interactive live video streaming session "Inspire Me". In this session subjective creativity of all active users from different backgrounds, locations, nationalities and cultures around the world are united with the creativity of the performing artist.
Using Video Streaming Christian Nienhaus will be available to the Internet users in real time. Visitors to the website www.christian-nienhaus.de are asked to create a blank canvas (210 x 210 cm) by actively giving input. The users can communicate through various means, E-mail, phone, SMS, MMS, IM, Twitter and all other conceivable channels. Whether text, photographs, drawings, music, sounds, ideas, thoughts, dreams, desires, etc. - The form and content is determined, by the user alone.
The input is interactively processed by Christian Nienhaus and immediately transfered to the canvas. The materials (mixed media collage) which he will uses vary from rich colors of acrylic paints to paper and fabrics.
Nienhaus’s performance will be supported by Projectors, kinetic objects, and web designers providing the user capability to passively enter a journey into the creation phase for active users around the globe.
