Featured Ustream Videos

Oh yes ladies and gents – we got a sweet line up for you. I’ve gone ahead and put together the most recent and best of Ustream. For you! All for you. Enjoy!

First up we got 50 Cent. I don’t care if you like him or not, I don’t care what you think – This video is gold. Uncut dialog of a man who went from nothing to something. Rags to riches. Gangs, drugs, sex, and rap – Watch this video and you’ll see how hard it was, what his morals are, and what a legit business man he is.

Next we have the second Digg Town Hall. With millions of members its hard, as a company, to address complaints and handle a community. Well being the creative geniuses they are, Digg chose us, Ustream, as a way to communicate and initiate a conversation with their users. We’re honored and we can’t wait for the next one.

Third – lastly – but definitely the funniest, the one and only Rhett and LinKast! These guys are funny as hell. The first time I ever watched them… I watched an hour long recorded video. Nope, not live, it was recorded. Thats how funny they are. I kid you not when I say that Rhett and Link get live streaming, they understand how to interact with a live chat and dominate the production. Enjoy the video – David Choi shows up later (he’s YouTube famous).

50. Cent. On. Ustream.

When it comes to music superstardom, it’s hard to top the plateau that 50 Cent continues to ascend. Thanks to savvy of his G-Unit label folks, 50 Cent has officially flirted with the cutting edge of social media.

This past Saturday, May 3rd, 50 Cent decided he wanted to interact live with his fans, all the way from his hotel room in Cape Town South Africa. With zero promotion save for a last minute email blast to his registered fans, 50 Cent drew thousands of fans to his stream. Originally scheduled for 1 hour, 50 Cent and his G-Unit comrades — Lloyd Banks and Tony Yayo — clearly were having so much fun interacting live with their fans, that they ended up streaming for nearly 3 hours!

Here are the first two hours of the stream. We had to cut out the last hour because 50, Lloyd and Yayo were having a bit too much fun ;-). Catch it LIVE next time around so you don’t miss out on the unedited hi jinks of cultural icons! Still, plenty of entertaining stuff, enjoy!
