Pricing
The basic version of Producer is still Free, Pro is still $199 and the new Studio version is $549. Existing users who have a Pro license can upgrade to Pro version 2 for free. Simply download the update and the license carries over. Pro license holders can upgrade to Studio for $349.
I have producer Pro and want to update to version 2 but i can’t figure how to do it. I have my serial number but all i can find are options to buy it again; i want to download and use version 2; how do i do that

Hi, I have the same problem updating to version 2.0 as I have already bought Producer Pro.
The Software Update installed in the 1.0.1 version which I have is not updating automatically to version 2.0. The Ustream web site links only take me to buy version 2.0 and I believe 2.0 is a free update. Please advise, many thanks
So basically Studio is just a Ustream branded & restricted version of Telestream’s Wirecast, but for $100 more? What else am I missing here?

Just downloaded the Producer Free version and as you say everything gets updated.
I was excited to see this but when I downloaded it, I realized it was not much better than the first one, I am using the free version of it so maybe that is why. Other than the bandwidth bar and cpu meter, it has nothing new from what I saw, actually less because I had more control over bandwidth and quality in the first one.
I have been streaming through Ustream since 08 to thousands of viewers who love to watch pool, I appreciate Ustream and its efforts to improve but the free version could use a little more. Oh and before people jump on about buying the pro version, remember that the streamers who bring 100s and thousands of viewers are putting money in Ustreams pocket too through ad revenue.

I have part 2 but it does not
I get black / white image and a picture of my cleavage.
I’m going to try but not even succeed to solve that. I want the old back, how do I do or where can I get it.
I have lost my lic. number for the Producer Pro I purchased. How can I get a copy of the lic. number inorder for me to upgrade to Producer Pro 2
I was prompted for an update, which I installed. The new version will not launch. The old version is still on my computer, via a shortcut on my desktop. It still works. This update does not seem to update all existing files. It acts like a fresh install? I’m not sure what to do next.
New Ustream is extremely CRAP !!!!! i’m watching at 2.30am and the MTV adds come on at 5 times the volume of the person im watching and I have people that were asleep in my house who are more pissed at you than I am…. The pic and the chat fall out in under 2 minutes of me starting to watch a chat after sitting thru the same crap add, every time I have to restart..
If we have to put up with crap advertising thats out of control, at least make the site work..
So unprofessional to beta test on the public.. FIX IT !!!
