Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa will announce the activation of the City's Emergency Operations Center (EOC) during the I-405 closure on Friday, July 15, 2011 at 4:15 PM at the Emergency Operations Center, 500 E. Temple Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90012.

The Emergency Operations Center will be activated to monitor traffic, public safety and other factors affecting the city's functionality.
